PINOT NOIR BREAD

Pinot Noir bread has become an essential product of the estate for several years. Pascale prepares her Pinot Noir bread baguettes for the Open Cellars, Markets and Sculpture Exhibitions.
This white flour-based baguette contains dried fruits macerated in Pinot Noir. Its pretty pink color is surprising and its aromas go perfectly with terrines, cold meats and cheeses.
